Having Depression, Caring for Yourself, and Starting Your Business
Who doesn’t feel tired, lonely, awkward, scared, and empty
sometimes? How about feeling this way all the time? How about trying to start a
business when you have depression and are introverted? The best feeling in the
world is feeling motivated and driven to something, but alternatively, the
worst feeling is feeling inspired and deflated all at once.

succeed. These are all things that I have heard and told myself many times
over. Well, this is it. This is me putting myself ‘out there’. So, here’s my
story on how I got here, oh, and we will also get into our feet….
